To us, the term “child-friendly” is not just lip service. We really want your entire family to feel welcome. That’s why we’ve created a special space within the Market to keep your wee ones happy and busy. You’ll find tall benches and hooks to hang up coats, right next to the picket fence wall. A tree mural brightens things up, there’s a Farmer’s Market stand where children can use their imagination and become the Grocery Manager for a little while. We also feature a fruit or vegetable of the month - where kids can try a sample and receive a hole-punch on their very own Little Sprouts Care Card. And, there are also books, crayons and coloring pages on hand.

Little sprouts, wee care program for kids

We love kids and teaching them the value of eating healthy. Each time your child tries the feature fruit or vegetable of the month, they will receive a hole-punch on their very own Little Sprouts Care Card - kept in a big old fashioned box at the store. As part of our Wee Care Program, custom made for kids, once they’ve collected six stamps, they can trade it in for a yummy surprise. Ok, it’s a sneaky (but really fun) way to get kids to try new, nutritious things! Coming soon...
